Led by Curiosity, Built on Data, Fueled by Chaos
Jillian Bejtlich is a self-proclaimed quirky techie with an insatiable curiosity for online communities - their data, psychology, and the messy but meaningful connections they spark. Her career has spanned industries from defense to SaaS, always orbiting around one central puzzle: how people behave, connect, and grow together.
A data nerd at heart, Jillian thrives on diving into raw datasets and experimenting with visualizations to surface hidden patterns. She’s especially passionate about predicting community behaviors and exploring how design choices in UI/UX can shape both intended and surprising outcomes.
Currently at Calendly, and previously at Zapier, she’s led programs at the intersection of advocacy, content, and community for nearly her entire career. Her focus remains constant: aligning organizational goals with user needs to build communities that are resilient, measurable, and above all, human.
